"A man who trashed a hotel room, ran naked across Donald Lynch Boulevard, pulled a fire alarm and bit a bank employee on Monday was described in a police report as a crack addict.
Police said they found a used crack pipe in William R. Vitoratos's Comfort Inn hotel room after the rampage, whose details filled a police report filed with court papers.
In those papers, Vitoratos's wife described him as a 'a crack cocaine addict...that needs serious help.'"
